Un service désastreux .... Une serveuse qui oublie notre command e alors que l'endroit est vide, qui surtaxe une petite poutine pour un changement de poulet qui n'en valait pas le prix. Bière IPA infamme, ressemblant a une bière ouverte la veille, sans amertume sans bulle et en plus avec un objet flottant dedans non identifié . Les Poutines sont bofs et ne valent pas leur prix... Du début jusqu'à la fin on a eu envie de fuire en espérant amélioration .... On aurait du s'enfuir !

15 minutes before taking our order when there are only 3 people in queues. When taking the order, the employee is not attentive and comments on the "imported" (immigrants). Another good 15-20 minutes waiting to receive our order once it passed and paid ...

Great restaurant in Sherbrooke. I personally already rent the top for an event and the owner is really a good person.Good new menu, near the city center and well placed. The hostel is interesting and very cozy. Good price, good service, the only thing I would change for the moment is coffee, no grudges!#sherbrookespotted

Smell weed, bad services so bad cause the poutine is good. But fortunately Refuge des Brasseur juste across the street have pretty good poutine and very good beer.

Do not ask for delivery.Received 4 poutines out of 5 orderedNo response to such for 40 minutes to mention the missing poutine.Finally when we receive the missing poutine, there is no sauce !?First call, the employee says "we will not go back for a sauce, come get it" !? Talk to the owner and come to the end.Poutine is good, but cold.More expensive price than posted on the website + $ 5 shipping fee not mentioned.

It was my 3rd time and each time it takes forever to be served ... we arrived at 12:05 pm and received our plate at 1:15 pm. In addition, it is so cold in the restaurant that we have to eat with our coat. Fortunately it is very good, but no question for me to go back before the summer ... And when I have a PM off !!!

The organization of the orders is to seriously reconsider.Forget about one poutine out of 5. Do not answer the phone when you call back. When we finally joined (1h later) and come back to wear, they had forgotten the sauce. And when we call again to tell them, we are told that they will not move for a sauce and come pick it ourselves.Very disappointed with the service today.

Good food good atmoshphere but poor service

I am more and more disappointed each time ... The price is quite expensive and the other day I had the impression that the sauce recipe had changed. I always take the same and it did not taste the same at all ... In addition, the meat tasted questionable! I really didn't like it.
